Is there a minimum quantity required for custom apparel?
Alt Attire has Minimum Order Quantity of 10 pieces.

Can I get any Bulk order discount if I place a Bulk order?
If you order anything above 10 pcs the Alt Attire Bulk Order Discount is already applied. You can also get in touch withus here for further more discounts.

Can I get a sample before order?
Yes Of Course! We are always ready to print & ship the sample before going ahead with the bulk orders. Sample charges are applicable and deducted when we get the bulk order.

What printing techniques are used?
We use screen heat process, sublimation printing, print-cut & fully automatic embroidery methods for garment printing & customization. Each products undergoes a quality check to ensure you get the best quality.

What if the product is defective?
We ensure all our products are thoroughly checked before being sent out. But if due to any unforeseeable circumstances the products have any defect (sizing, sititching issues), we’ll replace that product.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Any product ordered from the store usually takes 7-8 working days to reach you depending upon the quantity and place of shipment. Shipping partners – DTDC, FEDEX, SKYKING & few leading logistics companies.
